Liechtenstein

VISIT BEAUTIFUL Liechtenstein

Liechtenstein, a tiny country wedged between Austria and Switzerland, has never had a large Jewish community. Though a few hundred Jews fled there from Nazi Germany during WWII, Liechtenstein was most welcoming to wealthier Jews who could contribute to the economy. Today, there are thought to be fewer than a dozen Jews living in Liechtenstein. No organized community exists.
